Here you will find the application form for those who are interested in joining the business as a Diamond Club Member or as an M2M partner (available only in the US). Both applications have 2 pages to be filled in completely prior to any approval of membership. A Mighty Dove Diamond Club member must refer you to the business and it is important that you place his or her name in the designated Sponsoring Membership Information section.
